Everything you need to know about the 2018 Show

The Telegraph Outdoor Adventure & Camping Show is the UK's largest outdoors show and offers outdoor enthusiasts an opportunity to find out about new activities, buy the latest products, gear and equipment, meet a range of special guests and much more over four days in February.

A ticket to the Show will also give you access to The London Bike Show and the Triathlon Show: London – offering not only great value for money but the chance to explore new interests making it a jam packed day out suitable for the whole family.

Opening times & Tickets #

In 2017 the Show moved into the school holidays for the first time ever and we tweaked our opening times to suit.

  • Thursday 16th February: 11am – 6pm
  • Friday 17th February: 10am – 5pm
  • Saturday 18th February: 10am – 6pm
  • Sunday 19th February: 10am – 5pm

Getting to the Show
#

The Show takes place at ExCeL, London, located just 10 minutes from Canary Wharf in the heart of London's Royal Docks.

There is easy access to the venue – with three onsite DLR (Docklands Light Railway) stations, easy access to the London Underground (Jubilee Line – two stops away on the DLR from Canning Town for ExCeL west entrance), parking for 3,700 cars and an international airport only 5 minutes away.

Nearest Station: Prince Regent (DLR)

To view the best route to the venue from any mainline London station please use ExCeL’s interactive travel map and click on your arrival station.

The Jubilee Line is recommended as the quickest route towards ExCeL and ICC London from Central London. Alight at Canning Town to change onto the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) bound for Beckton (use stairs, escalators or lift up to the DLR platform).DLR trains toward the venue normally depart from platform 3. Visitors should be aware that only DLR trains in the direction of Beckton serve ExCeL London – do not use DLR services in the direction of Woolwich Arsenal from Canning Town.

ExCeL London and ICC London are located in zone 3. London Underground tickets are valid on the DLR. It is recommended to purchase a return ticket or All-Day Travelcard to avoid queuing on your journey home. Single, return and Travelcard tickets can be purchased from the ticket machines at Prince Regent Station. These machines are also enabled for Oystercard ‘Pay As You Go’ top up. Oystercard users are reminded to touch in and out at the card readers at DLR stations to avoid paying excess fares.

Road #

When driving to ExCeL London follow signs for Royal Docks, City Airport and ExCeL. There is easy access from the M25, M11, A406 and A13.

ExCeL London offers on-site car parking for 3,700 cars. Please click here for more information.

The venue is located outside the Congestion Charge Zone but is included in the Low Emission Zone. The Low Emission zone seeks to improve the air quality in the city by deterring the most polluting vehicles from driving in the area.

Bus #

Public bus services 147 and 241 depart from bay B of Canning Town station to Custom House (access to the ExCeL is then via the DLR footbridge).
